These two are quite a pair! Gabe has been a great friend of Caden’s the last couple years. They always enjoy each other and act completely like boys! The following consists of a day with these two: wrestle, run, laugh, shout, make loud noises (some of which I won’t mention), laugh some more, chase, and act like three-year olds.

My sister Rebecca celebrated her daughter’s first birthday on November 8th. We were all thrilled to enjoy a day with our family’s little princess and shower her with love and attention. She is the most adorable little girl and it’s amazing that she is walking now! Happy Birthday to Caden’s cousin, Katalina Grace Conley!

Sometimes we have moments when you think, “I know exactly why God gave me this boy”! Monday was one of those days. Laid back, no agenda and full of laughter. Caden was so happy and content. I remember telling Josh at the end of the day after I had tucked Caden into bed, “I had a good mommy day”. All mothers out there know what I mean.

I love that COSI does a discount night once a month. It worked out perfectly being it was Halloween night and there was a lot of fun stuff going on at COSI. Josh and Caden even watched a “puking pumpkin” (some kind of science experiment)! Caden’s favorite exhibit is definitely the Space area. He is so into outer space, rockets and space ships, astronauts, moon and stars, etc. It’s amazing to see his imagination and eyes light up when he walks in each exhibit. His mind is working over-time!

For some reason not too many kids venture out to get candy on the park. (where our house is located) But we made the best of it and all indulged in too much candy to make up for the lack of visitors. The ones we had were adorable and we had fun chatting with our neighbors. Caden was a dinosaur.

I found this picture from Circle S farms and just had to add it. My dad was made to be a “grandpa”!

Grandma Craycroft (my mother) is fond of creating fun traditions for our whole family to enjoy. We love her for it and always have a blast. Here is a few pics of our Fall Family Friendly Fun Festival (hence the sarcasm aimed at churches who call their Halloween alternative night something no one could possibly remember or repeat).

Well, it’s been long over due for Josh to finally show me how to update Caden’s site. Josh and I both agree that the “manual labor of love scrap booking” is not for us, but instead the web kind. So, my mom dropped a pile of hay off to me one day and said, “why don’t you make a scarecrow?” So, this is my attempt at a little boy scarecrow and it was actually fun.
